All of Metro Atlanta. Our shop is in Powder Springs, and we regularly service Hiram, Marietta, Smyrna, Kennesaw, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Roswell, Dunwoody, Chamblee, Downtown Atlanta, Midtown, Buckhead, Decatur, Duluth, Lawrenceville, Norcross and Peachtree City. Large commercial and industrial projects are covered statewide across Georgia.
Same-day service is available in most of Metro Atlanta, and we run 24/7 emergency dispatch for no-cool and no-heat calls. Maintenance plan members move to the front of the emergency queue.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Yes. Offices, restaurants, retail, clinics, schools, warehouses and hotels. We handle centralized systems, VRF, chillers, air handling units, concealed ductwork and annual service policies with priority response.

$69. If you approve the repair, the full $69 is credited toward the work.
After-hours work is always quoted and approved before we begin. We do not raise prices because it is an emergency.
Yes, promotional financing with rates as low as 0% APR on qualifying installations and replacements, so a major purchase does not have to wait.
Flat-rate, quoted before work starts. Quotes are itemized across equipment, parts, labor and timeline. The price we quote is the price you pay.
Membership discounts apply to every purchase and financing applies to qualifying installations. Coupon codes are single-use per service unless stated otherwise, mention your code when you book and we will confirm what stacks.

Systems & Equipment
Twice a year in Georgia, a cooling tune-up in spring and a heating inspection in fall. Humidity here makes annual service genuinely protective, not just efficiency housekeeping.
12 to 15 years for a well-maintained residential system in this climate. Neglected systems, and systems installed in humid attics or crawlspaces, often fall short of that range.
If the repair costs more than a third of a comparable new system and the equipment is past 12 years old, replacement usually wins on total cost. R-22 systems with a leak are almost always replacement candidates. We quote both options so you can compare.
In most Atlanta two-story homes this is an airflow, duct leakage or zoning problem rather than an equipment problem. It is often fixable by balancing and sealing without replacing anything.
Usually an oversized system that short-cycles and never runs long enough to dehumidify, or restricted airflow across the coil. Both are measurable, and the fix is rarely a bigger unit.
Yes. We register new equipment so your warranty is active from day one, and we document maintenance so warranty claims are not denied for missing service records.

Really happy with the service. My AC stopped working, and they came out quickly and got everything fixed. The technician was friendly, answered all my questions, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Everything is working great now. Called Robert at 8:30pm because my A/C shut off and I had a toddler sleeping in 80 plus degree heat inside. Called several companies and he was the only one that answered and said he would come within 30 minutes. A/c was fixed quickly, he didn’t up-charge me on anything and gave me sound advice without pressuring me into anything. And he’s a super nice guy! Highly recommend over any other bigger company.
